DESCRIPTION:Stelios Michaelides’s first solo exhibition is “Photographic Brush Strokes” as the main attraction of the artist’s photographs are the vivid colors that give the viewer the impression of seeing a painting instead of a photo. Stelios sees photography as piece of Art in itself and this is clearly reflected in his work. \nFacebook Event \nThe opening of the exhibition will be held by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of RIK\, Andreas Frangou\, on the 20th of September 2019 at 19:00 at the Orasis Photo Park in Polemidia\, Limassol. The exhibition will also be open to the public on Saturday 21st of September from 16:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 22nd of September from 16:00 to 20:00.

SUMMARY:Nepal\, 2019
DESCRIPTION:Photo Walk 2019\, exploring Kathmandu and Takure village\, Nepal. \nVasilia with fellow Cypriot partners Rafael and Christiana\, mounted on a 2 week-expedition to Nepal offering hands-on volunteer work and support to Conscious Impact organisation to rebuild Takure village on Mt Everest\, through wheeling2help international volunteers. \nTakure\, a small village in rural Nepal was totally destroyed after Gorkha Earthquake in 2015.
