DESCRIPTION:A performance on International Women’s Day \n“When we say ‘woman’ it’s like saying sky\, wind or earth. however can you narrate the sky\, the earth or the sea?” \nMarios Ioannou is inspired by the first woman he ever met\, his mother. in a tribute to all women\, he celebrates their kindness\, colourfulness\, anarchist nature; characteristics that he first saw in his mother and therefore deeply associates with what being a woman means. \n“Womanhood 2” brings to the stage a group of theatre-loving amateurs\, following a series of workshops with Marios Ioannou. Together\, they put a magnifying glass on some of the parts that comprise women’s immense worlds. Through improvisation and texts from modern and classical theatre\, arise the vast\, the sweet\, the bitter\, the anarchist\, the sensitive\, the wild and tough\, but\, at its root\, the always compassionate character of women.

DESCRIPTION:Reconstructing the myth of Pied Piper of Hamelin\, Thomas Moschopoulos presents a play for all ages that addresses the democratic principles\, the role of political leaders in each democratic state\, as well as the voters’ responsibility. \nTravelling through time\, spectators are given an opportunity to save the innocent kid they betrayed whereas growing up. DESCRIPTION:On January 22-24\, in the theaters of Larnaca\, Nicosia and Limassol\, the fairytale theatre play “Let’s not fly anywhere\, Hedgehog…” are going to be presented to the Cypriot youth audience by the artists from the Chelyabinsk Drama Youth Theatre. \n“Let’s not fly away\, Hedgehog …” – a fairytale about kindness\, friendship and love. this can be a performance that will be understandable and interesting for both adults and children. everyone are going to be able to discover something new in it. \nParticular emphasis is placed on the interaction of actors with young viewers who will definitely not be bored at this performance. children become not just spectators\, but also one of the active components of the action on stage\, and without the spectators some parts of the show cannot be played. \nThe peculiarity of the performance is the complete absence of text\, all the action is based on pantomime\, which makes it understandable for everyone without language limitation barriers. \nSomewhere\, not far from us\, the Hedgehog\, the bear cub and also the Hare are living. they’re very different\, each has its own inner world. The Hedgehog is dreamy and vulnerable. The bear is positive and charming. The Hare is open and active. Once they become friends\, they’ll no longer live without one another. After all\, only with a friend you can sit on the porch and wipe the dust from the stars\, so they can shine brighter\, every night without saying a word\, and this may be the best conversation in life.
