From July 1 concerts or theater shows in amphitheaters can take place. Numbers depend on the amount of space available and provided that seats will be allocated keeping a distance of one metre or two seats between people or groups of people who are together.

The same distancing rules apply for indoor theaters and cinemas.

Following the Government’s announcement today that events in Cyprus are not allowed until September, we would like to inform all ticket holders and fans that the concert is rescheduled and a new date will be announced soon.

All original tickets remain valid for the new date of the concert and they don’t need to be exchanged.

A government-drafted strategy provides that concerts and festivals will be allowed during the last stage, starting after July 14.

The latest epidemiological data for Cyprus show that the spread of the virus within the community has been contained significantly, but the danger for a local outbreak or a new epidemic wave is still possible, it is added.

“The pandemic has not finished and is still ongoing. Therefore, the Ministry of Health remains alert and prepared, ensuring that all citizens adhere strictly to restrictive measures and display the necessary social responsibility” the Ministry announcement said.

The strategy will be adjusted in line with epidemiological developments, the announcement concludes.

One of the most recognizable and respected stars of Pop music, Celine Dion, is announcing additional dates for her “COURAGE” world tour in cities in North America, Europe and the Middle East.

The tour launched September 18 from Quebec, Canada and is the first tour of the world-famous singer in the US in 10 years, which includes performances for the first time in Cyprus and Malta.

The COURAGE world tour, promoting Celine Dion’s first English-language disc in 6 years, will make stops in about 100 countries around the world. Due to high demand, one more concert has been added in Brooklyn, New York, as well as in cities on the US West Coast, including San Diego and San Francisco, California. The tour also includes European cities such as Prague, Budapest, Monaco, Paris, Berlin, Stockholm, London, Nicosia and many more. The tour is a production of Concerts West / AEG Presents.

Celine Dion released three new tracks from her long-awaited, forthcoming album, also called Courage, last week. The tracks “Imperfections”, “Lying Down” and “Courage” represent an exciting, new, creative direction for Celine and her fans will have the opportunity to listen to these songs, among many others during the “COURAGE” world tour.
