]]> Basketball U16 Women National Team won the gold medal in the European Championship Third Division.

After beating Scotland (64-45), Malta (65-40), Wales (52-51) and Moldova (80-37), the girls of U16 National Team beat Georgia with 75-38 at the final which took place in Moldova.

Their emphatic win against Georgia earned them a place in the 2nd Division European Championship next year!

Star player for the Cyprus National Team was Panagiota Kyriakou scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds, while Ioanna Kyprianou scored 13 points, 15 boards, 8 assists and 6 steals.

Congrats to our girls and the future of Women National Basketball Team!
